Shop Policies



Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. If there is an issue with your order (wrong shipping address, etc.), please contact us right away via email. (

Our standard shipping time is 5-7 business days. Immediately after we ship your order, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Almost all orders are shipped via the Austrian Post (Österrichische Post), which means it will be delivered by your country's national post office. If a different courier is required, please contact us prior to placing your order. (

Shipping time may be up to 10 business days when we run sales/promotions due to the high number of orders during such events.

Orders shipping to the United States and Canada typically take between 1-2 weeks to be delivered after they ship. 
Orders within continental Europe usually take a week or less. 
Holiday shipping times vary.

International orders may be delayed by several weeks as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic. Some packages have seen delays of as long as 2 months before they were cleared by customs. Please consider these delays before placing an international order.


You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.

Bekkathyst is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Bekkathyst to make customers aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

Your country may charge import taxes based on the total value of your purchase. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup and payment is taken care of. Bekkathyst is not responsible for this payment.


Due to the recently imposed import tax laws we are sadly no longer able to ship to our customers in the UK.

If any items in your order are damaged upon delivery, please email us right away with pictures of the damage ( We are always happy to either refund or replace the item(s).
If your order is lost in transit, please email us ( We will do our best to communicate with the USPS and track down your order. If your order cannot be found, we can either issue store credit or replace.

If you have already placed your order, but noticed a mistake, please contact us right away via email. ( Examples: incorrect shipping or billing address, forgot to add an item to your order, etc. We are happy to help you.

PayPal is the service used for checkout; the following methods of payment are accepted: PayPal, PayPal Credit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and eChecks. A PayPal account is not needed to check out with PayPal; a credit or debit card can be used.
We have also begun to offer Shop Pay which allows you to pay directly with your credit card without having to checkout with PayPal. 

For item holds or payment plans, please email us and be sure to include the link of the item(s). Additional terms & conditions apply to holds and payment plans that will be discussed via email. (

Sale items cannot be returned or refunded. Coupon codes are only valid if added to the cart at time of purchase. Coupon codes cannot be added after a purchase is completed. Only one coupon code offer can be used per purchase.

Returns are only accepted if an item was damaged during shipping, or if you have received the wrong item. If this is the case please contact us via email. ( 

Jewelry returns are generally not accepted. Please be sure to carefully read jewelry listings for all sizing information. In the case that an item does not fit, please email us and we can work something out. (

If any jewelry is broken or damaged after prolonged use and wear, you may send it back for repair. Repairs are done at no cost, but you must cover the cost of shipping it back to us.
